Become a key person in our customer team at an authorized workshop in Haninge!

Are you solution-oriented, service-minded, and engaged? Do you want to work closely with both customers and technicians in a modern workshop environment? We are now looking for a driven service advisor to join our professional team in the Haninge area. With us, you will play an important role where your efforts contribute directly to a safe and positive workshop experience for our customers.

About the position

As a service advisor, you are the first contact for workshop customers and act as the link between the customer, technicians, and the company's suppliers. Your role is to ensure smooth service, clear information, and high customer satisfaction throughout the process, from booking to follow-up. This involves working in a developing environment where you have many balls in the air, with the opportunity to grow within both customer service and automotive technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive customers both in the workshop and digitally (phone/email)
• Book and plan service visits, create work orders in Kobra, and manage service assignments
• Follow up, provide advice, and update the customer regarding status and delivery times
• Collaborate with technicians and coordinate the workshop flow
• Invoicing, administration, and work in the business system
• Ensure that all steps are carried out according to customer promises and high quality standards

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in customer service, workshop, or administration required
• Good communication skills – you enjoy building and maintaining relationships
• Structured, responsible, and solution-focused
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative tools
• You speak and write Swedish fluently. English is an advantage
• System requirement: Kobra
• Manual B driver's license

Location and employment conditions 

• Location: Authorized car workshop, Haninge area
• Scope: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period
• Start: Immediately or as agreed
