A-broker is looking for an entrepreneur who wants to work as a business broker on a consultancy basis and as a partner. You will facilitate the sale of owner-led companies with a turnover of up to approximately 30 million SEK. The assignments primarily involve cafés, e-commerce companies, hair salons, hotels, restaurants, workshops, medical centers, and similar service and trading businesses. You will work closely with entrepreneurs facing ownership changes, generational shifts, or expansion.

The work is entirely commission-based, and there is no fixed compensation. You will invoice us through your own company or through services like Frilans Finans. The freedom is significant, and the compensation follows the results.

As a partner, you will receive support from us: valuations, financial analysis, contracts, legal advice, marketing, prospecting, sales materials, and ongoing coaching. You will receive internal training during the startup phase, and we will actively support you during the first 3–12 months until you are fully self-sufficient. We provide the platform and methods. You provide the relationships and business.

We are looking for someone with experience in sales, consulting, finance, or entrepreneurship. Experience as a consultant or business owner is highly meritorious. You are business-driven, engaged, and confident in meeting various types of entrepreneurs.
