Your responsibilities

  • Engage new and existing corporate clients through networking and meetings
  • Build long-term customer relationships and develop business
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to follow-up
  • Quotation work, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Represent God Service in business networks
  • Support colleagues as needed

Good to know

The position is based in Malmö, covering all of Skåne as the work area. You will work closely with the business area manager and report directly to the CEO. The office has six employees, and the atmosphere is characterized by strong engagement, open communication, and quick decision-making paths. The role offers great freedom with responsibility, where you plan your own day but have support nearby if needed. Working hours are 08:00-17:00 and allow for hybrid work. The employment is full-time, permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sales and who enjoys building long-term relationships. You have at least five years of experience in B2B sales and preferably have worked in the cleaning, service, or FM industries. It is an advantage if you have experience in calculating time and price and understanding the customer's needs in depth. If you have worked with public procurement or have an active network in the region, that is an extra plus.

You do not need any specific education or certifications – the most important thing is that you have relevant experience and a good business sense. You should have good computer skills, mainly in the Office suite, be comfortable establishing new contacts, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. A driver's license is required.

You always follow up on your customer contacts, pay attention to details, and close your loops. You are motivated to solve problems, have a strong self-drive, and rarely give up.
