About the role

In the role of broker with us, you will have a central position in a growing team with high ambitions. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from valuation to completed deal – and actively contribute to strengthening our brand locally. You will work closely with management and have great opportunities to influence both work methods and business development.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a registered real estate agent with several years of experience in the profession, preferably with a focus on BRF
• Has a proven track record of creating and executing deals
• Is self-driven, business-minded, and has a natural drive
• Has a strong local connection and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Wants to contribute to development, leadership, and a professional brokerage team
