Your Role as a Salesperson

In your role as a salesperson with management group, product group, and store communication responsibilities, you will work in a varied environment where you meet customers, operate the cash register, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. You will work with:

• Collaborating with the store manager to achieve the store's goals with high quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for assortment, logistics, display, and continuously providing information to store employees.
• Substituting for the store manager when needed, which includes personnel planning and management.
• Keeping the product group representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Creating a positive customer experience through inspiring signage and thoughtful product display.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old).
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a great customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays, and Saturdays.
• Is meticulous and flexible.
• Has a strong interest in retail operations and leadership.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us reach our common goals.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

Preferred Experience

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, working in a service profession and/or with food and beverages, as well as experience in management or participation in a management group.
