About the position

As Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO & owner. In this role, you have overall responsibility for developing, optimizing, and scaling by Crea's presence in the creator world. The position is central to the company's continued growth. Here you build relationships, develop collaborations, and ensure that each partnership delivers both creative value and sales. The role is perfect for you who want to be close to the product, the brand, and the decisions. Once you settle into your new role, you will be able to work from by Crea's headquarters in Arlöv, their showroom at Davidshall, and to some extent from home. 

Create, own, and optimize the entire affiliate structure, from onboarding to results & revenue

Build and nurture long-term and genuine relationships with influencers and creators

Develop briefs, concepts, story angles, and campaign ideas that creators love to publish

Negotiate partnerships with a focus on performance, cost-effectiveness, and authenticity

Identify and recruit creators in Europe and the USA to drive brand awareness and sales

Follow up and report weekly on sales, commissions, ROI, and results

Keep track of trends, platforms, and best practices to keep by Crea top-of-mind in the creator world

We are looking for someone who thrives on ownership, a broad toolbox, and the opportunity to build something that makes a direct impact on by Crea's continued expansion. You will work closely with production, marketing, and management. Here you will have the mandate to influence and develop.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday office hours.

Employment form: Permanent full-time employment with a standard six-month probation period.

Requirements

• Previous experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based collaborations
• Confident in working data-driven with KPIs and ROI
• Experience negotiating with creators and partners
• Very comfortable working with digital tools and social media
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in international markets (EU/USA)
• Network in influencer marketing
• Experience in e-commerce
• Good understanding of design, aesthetics, and brand building
• Previously worked with: slack, shopify, scoope, adobe acrobat
