Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to lead and further develop our processes and operations within Operations Business Support? We are looking for someone who is passionate about structure, collaboration, and development – and who wants to take responsibility for a team that plays a key role in our delivery.

As a Support Service Manager, you will be responsible for our order and invoicing management as well as resources within projects, field service, contracts, and product management. You will have budget responsibility for the department and work closely with the business to create simplicity, efficiency, and quality – always with regulations and controls in focus. You inspire and engage your employees and have a close collaboration with the internal functions we deliver services to.

Your main tasks:

• You lead a team of administrators who handle orders, invoices, and product orders within project, field service, and contract business.
• You have budget responsibility for the department and ensure that the support to other parts of the organization is efficient and qualitative.
• You develop and improve processes together with the business to simplify workflows and ensure compliance with regulations.
• You collaborate closely with project managers, service teams, purchasing, finance, sales, and our global colleagues at Operations Centers.

Qualifications

At least a high school education. Post-secondary education in economics or similar is an advantage, but relevant work experience can compensate for formal education.

You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently as part of your work.

You should have:

• Several years of experience in budget work and financial follow-up as well as current managerial or leadership experience in a relevant field.
• Experience working systematically with workplace safety issues and a good ability to express yourself in writing and manage documentation.
• Basic understanding of decision-making and business management.

Meritorious:

• Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
• Completed leadership training.
