About the Role

We have an ambitious growth plan, and your mission will be to ensure we achieve it. As New Business Lead, you will drive new customer acquisition, establish business opportunities, and develop partnerships with both new and existing clients.

You own the entire sales process, from prospecting to contracts, and you are the one who opens doors, captures opportunities, and positions E-commerce Recruit as the obvious choice when companies need to recruit or hire consultants for growth. You work closely with the teams, report to the CEO, and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing new partnerships with companies looking to grow in e-commerce and digital trade
  • Creating and driving business dialogues with clients and decision-makers
  • Leading client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Ensuring clearly packaged offers that are commercially attractive
  • Participating in industry events, networking meetings, and collaborations

Who We Are Looking For

The role comes with a clear mission to drive growth, create business, and build conditions for long-term partnerships. To succeed, we believe you will come in with a short ramp-up time, strong business drive, and a genuine curiosity about people, business, and growth.

You have experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting sales, recruitment, HR, e-commerce, or related fields, where you have driven the entire sales process from prospect to contract. If you also have a network or previous client relationships that can create new business opportunities, that is a strong plus.

However, the most important thing is your attitude – that you thrive in an entrepreneurial, growing team with a fast pace and are motivated by collaborating and being close to business and clients. You have a long-term perspective, build trust and relationships that last over time, but also know when tempo, energy, and quick action are required. You are skilled at combining long and short sales cycles – confident in driving complex processes and building trust with clients at multiple levels.
