We need to strengthen our team at Konvex in Kävlinge and are now looking for a person who is open, engaged, and has a strong sense of service!

We offer a varied and educational job where you will work with many different tasks. We hope you are someone who creates a positive customer experience as you will be a face to our customers and responsible for meeting their needs.

You will work closely with other colleagues within the company as well as maintain close contact with our contractors.

In addition to staffing customer service where we receive orders and provide service to our customers/contractors via phone/email, your tasks will include:

· Handling incoming inquiries through the channels that customers contact us, including receiving, checking, and sending out orders via our business system, etc.

· Providing feedback to customers as needed on various matters

· Other administrative tasks and other common duties

We believe you have a high school diploma or university degree in one of the following: communication, natural sciences, economics, administration, logistics, or the green sector, with curiosity and interest in gaining practical experience. You need to be meticulous, quick to learn, a good team player, and work in a structured manner to succeed in the role of our new customer service employee. You should have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.

Location: Krutmöllan, Kävlinge. You must have a B driver's license as some driving may be required.
