About the Role

This is a newly established role where you will be an important link between sales, marketing, and our customers. You will support the sales team, manage customer contacts, and help create more profitable business opportunities. The role is broad and varied – perfect for you who enjoy juggling multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment. Your daily workplace is at the office in Malmö, where you will work closely with colleagues and report to the CEO of Sjöbogårdens.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Update the webshop and business system with new products, images, and prices.
• Order marketing materials from suppliers and publish content on social media.
• Write and send newsletters.
• Register orders and set up new customers.
• Guide customers in the webshop and answer product inquiries.
• Be the contact person for IT suppliers during system changes.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and salespeople – everything from delivery times to pricing inquiries, etc.
• General office tasks that arise in a smaller company (e.g., supporting the owner, purchasing, etc.).

You will work with tools such as WooCommerce, Microsoft NAV365, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp, Instagram, and more.

• Have post-secondary education in sales or marketing.
• Have some years of experience and want to develop in a broad and varied role.
• Are motivated to work in a smaller company where teamwork is essential.
• Are service-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy being the spider in the web.
• Have high digital maturity and find it easy to learn new systems.
• Are positive, forward-thinking, and see opportunities instead of obstacles.
• Are self-driven but also a team player.
• Express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
