Build and lead our successful field sales team in Skåne!

At Impressive Relations, we are expanding and are now looking for a Team Leader to lead our team in Skåne. This is your chance to combine sales with leadership – and to create results together with others. We currently work in various department stores and grocery stores with one of Sweden's most well-known brands!

About the role:

In this role, you will grow as a salesperson while also developing your team's sales skills. You will take the helm and lead the team in day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities include:

Planning schedules and ensuring conditions for sales success

Coaching and developing salespeople to meet and exceed targets

Following up on results and reporting against budget

Being part of the sales yourself – you lead both by words and actions
