About the Position

We are now looking for a service-oriented and detail-oriented customer service representative for our office in Kristianstad. You will be an important point of contact between our customers and cleaning teams, responsible for ensuring that each customer receives a professional response.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and respond to emails

• Schedule and manage cleaning assignments in our system

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests

• Coordinate with cleaning staff for smooth operations

• Basic administration tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative, attentive, and organized

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Has basic computer skills

• Experience in customer service or the cleaning industry is a plus but not a requirement
