We are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start as we lay the foundation for the next chapter in our company journey. We currently have a stable and secure operation where we see good potential for scaling up. For the right person, there will be opportunities to grow with the role.

We are currently a small team of 4 people where each individual contributes to the community through strong personal commitment and responsibility. This fosters a rewarding culture for both the business and the individual.

We expect you to have:

Experience in sales and marketing within transport and logistics.

Alternatively, you have at least 3 years of experience in transport planning or similar, with a genuine interest in moving from short-term and quick spot market deals to a more strategic and long-term focus on building a customer portfolio.

Regardless of background, it is important that you have a genuine interest in customers and business development. Knowledge and experience of sales and marketing tools can be obtained through training here with us if needed.
