THE SOCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION

The Social Services Administration is responsible for services to the elderly, sick, and disabled. A large part of the care services in the municipality is performed by private companies according to LOU or LOV, and is regulated by agreements. The services operated by the municipality are gathered in one department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an LSS case officer who wants to help develop our unit. Within the framework of the employment, you will have the opportunity to work with quality and process improvements, as well as ensure that the operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. The position includes processing applications for both children and adults.

We are looking for an engaged and flexible employee. With us, you will have the chance to work closely with people with disabilities and be an important part of creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our users. We work according to date distribution, and you will be responsible for the users born on your dates.

The position currently also includes processing applications for transport services. However, there is a plan for this to be separated out in the spring of 2026 and transitioned to a transport service case officer.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has experience in case management according to LSS
• Is initiative-taking, solution-focused, and has the ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Has good knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations within the relevant areas of operation.
• Has good communication skills and is used to working both operationally and strategically.
• Has a B driver's license

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in social work or another higher education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Has good knowledge of applicable legislation.
• Is able to understand instructions easily and can document independently in a secure and understandable manner.
• Can express yourself well in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
