We are looking for a personal assistant for a 62-year-old woman living in her own home in Klippan. She is a social, cheerful woman who uses a wheelchair and enjoys a balanced daily routine. Her day consists of both activities and rest – a fine balance between movement and relaxation. We are looking for someone who, with creativity, care, and attentiveness, wants to contribute to a safe and stimulating everyday life. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of her life and support her in living life to the fullest – whether the day includes activity or rest.

We are looking for staff for both hourly employment and fixed scheduled shifts. The work consists of day shifts with night duty. Flexibility is appreciated, and you should also be prepared to step in at short notice if needed. Here you have the chance to truly make a difference in an inspiring and exciting everyday life!

You are an independent and proactive person who enjoys being a bit domestic and has experience working as a personal assistant. You should have skills in care, food, and hygiene situations. You are positive, have a good sense of humor, and are quick to laugh. We highly value creative and cheerful individuals. Since the workplace requires commuting, we see a driver's license and car as a necessity.

• Good physical condition and swimming ability.
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written). 
• Tolerant of pets, as a dog may sometimes be present in the home. 
• Flexible, responsible, and adaptable. 

• Start Date: By agreement. 
• Contract: Hourly employment as needed and a smaller part-time position with fixed shifts in the schedule.  
• Work Shifts: Day shifts with duty.
