Female assistant for a 48-year-old woman in Lund.

Do you want to work as a personal assistant while studying? If so, this could be something for you.

We are looking for someone who can work evenings with sleeping nights and some weekend shifts occasionally. We offer you a varied job in a very nice assistant team aged 20-50 years.

This position is very suitable to combine with studies.

If you have experience in similar work, it is a merit, but the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right. It is an advantage if you live in Lund or nearby to be able to step in when needed.

The user is looking for a female assistant.

The user is a very social, happy, and lively 48-year-old girl with developmental disabilities and a mobility impairment.

She has her own accommodation in Lund.

She needs help with most things that may arise in daily life,

personal care, home maintenance, cooking, as well as help and support with leisure activities.

You who are applying should:

- speak fluent Swedish to facilitate communication with the user.

- be non-smoking.

Working hours: Initially be able to step in during illness, holidays, etc., and later transition to scheduled shifts of about 20-30%.

The position is to be filled in January after training.

Opportunity to work extra during other assistants' absence.

We are a small cooperative with 24 members who value quality assistance. To achieve this, we advocate a collegial spirit with knowledge and experience exchange. We have mandatory training where our assistants meet and have ongoing activities arranged for our members. Annually, all employees are invited to a joint activity, and at Christmas, the groups gather separately.
