Your Responsibilities

In our operations, we receive individuals in need of protection or support, and they are placed in individual apartments. We are now in need of staff for our residences.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Addressing urgent needs and being available for those living with us.

• Supporting individuals in their planning.

• Receiving emergency placements and making initial assessments.

• Performing practical tasks in the residence.

• Working with authorities.

• Keeping records and managing documentation.

Working with us fundamentally involves commitment, flexibility, and attentiveness. Since the tasks are varied, broad experience and competence are advantageous. Therefore, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in social work, such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, or similar.

• Enjoys working independently and collaborating in a team.

• Is responsible and has achieved a personal maturity that makes you secure in yourself.

• Has an empathetic and professional approach.

• Has knowledge of low-arousal responses.

• Holds a driver's license.

It is a plus if you also have work experience in social work with individuals dealing with addiction/dependency, have experience and knowledge in supporting victims of violence, and are accustomed to meeting individuals in acute crisis. We place great importance on personal suitability.
