The individual and family care in Höör Municipality is organized into three units: Adults, Interventions and Prevention, and Children and Families. We have about 30 employees in the operation, ten within Children and Families, including a unit manager, a first social worker working 50%, two social workers in reception, and six investigators.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main task is to assess children's needs for support and protection through preliminary assessments and investigations. You will also be responsible for follow-ups and re-evaluations of interventions. The investigative work includes collaboration with the child's network and conducting motivational work with the family. You will collaborate with both internal and external actors. The work is characterized by good interaction, well-founded decisions, and high legal security. We strive for the participation of children and parents in investigations and follow-ups.

As a social worker within Children and Families, you will work to make a difference for children, youth, and their families in Höör Municipality. The work is challenging, enhances competence, and provides opportunities for personal development.

We work based on BBIC and use the operational system Lifecare.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in social work. We request experience in authority exercise and prefer that you have worked with children and youth.
