About the role

In this role, you will primarily work with auditing small and medium-sized companies across many different industries. For those who have progressed further in their careers, we also have larger companies that may be of interest to you. Regardless of your current level, there are established customer relationships to take over and develop. You will work both independently and alongside knowledgeable and engaged colleagues – a balance that provides both personal responsibility and strong support around you.

We place great importance on long-term relationships, both within the team and with our clients. You will become part of a close-knit group of 14 people who are passionate about consulting and high quality. You will be employed by Advice Revision in Växjö, and the position is full-time based in Växjö.

What we envision you bring to fit the role
We are looking for someone with a degree in economics from a university or college with a focus on accounting and auditing. You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in auditing, but we also have room for those who are more senior in their roles.

You are a responsible person who completes tasks and can work towards deadlines. You know what it takes to succeed, are curious and proactive. You have good social skills and understand the importance of building trust-based relationships with clients and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Auditing is our specialty, but we also offer qualified advice in related areas such as tax, accounting, financial planning, and control. Our clients are primarily small and medium-sized companies in the local area, operating in many different industries.

Through our close contact with clients, we gain a good understanding of their operations, systems, and objectives, which allows us to effectively provide support and offer relevant advice. Our goal is to be an obvious partner in our areas of operation and to provide added value through our expertise and commitment.
