Service Desk Employee Wanted!
Are you a problem solver who is passionate about helping others? Then you might be the service desk employee we are looking for! With us, you will be an important part of an engaged team that ensures our colleagues receive quick and professional assistance.
As a service desk employee, you will be part of our dedicated IT unit, which currently consists of 10 employees. Together, we work broadly within IT, and the service desk employee serves as the organization's first point of contact for IT-related questions, including error reports and support cases.
As a service desk employee, you will staff the IT ticketing system and support phone, tasked with ensuring good service to the employees who contact the IT unit. You will log incoming cases, resolve basic and routine IT issues, and assess, prioritize, and escalate more complex cases to second-line support or other functions. Furthermore, you will contribute to maintaining high quality in case management.
With us, you will drive issues forward and contribute to a strong and well-functioning IT function.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Being first-line support for users and handling simple orders, questions, and error reports.
- Receiving, prioritizing, and processing cases in the IT ticketing system.
- Escalating cases to second-line support or specialists.
- Ensuring a service-oriented, professional, and solution-focused approach where we move the case forward in every contact.
- Contributing to strengthening users' digital and security competence.
- Supporting the local IT coordinator.
- Participating in developing and maintaining instructions and guides.
- Identifying recurring problems and suggesting improvements.
Who are you?

We appreciate good communication skills. Since you will be working to support the organization, it is essential that you are service-oriented, pedagogical, and patient.
Furthermore, you are unpretentious and do not hesitate to step up and take on the work, even when it is new to you. You solve problems, drive issues forward, and take initiative. We also see that you are structured and have the ability to create order even in fast-paced environments. You thrive in a role where you can troubleshoot and solve simpler problems.
For us, it is important that we enjoy working together. You appreciate collaboration with your IT colleagues, are happy to share your knowledge, and support your colleagues to achieve common goals.
In short, you see what needs to be done and do it, together with us!
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school education with a focus on IT or work experience that has led to equivalent competence.
- Experience working in Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of networks, client administration, and standard software.
- Experience troubleshooting and solving simpler problems.
It is also an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with unemployment insurance is a merit.
What do we offer you?
We offer you a good working environment with engaged colleagues who support each other and together drive our work forward towards our business goals. Our workplace has an empathetic and permissive environment where we value transparency and clear communication.
We offer generous benefits such as:
- Shortened workweek of 37.5 hours.
- Opportunity to work from home part of the time.
- 32 vacation days and 3 personal days.
- Lunch benefits.
- Generous wellness allowance.
- Collective agreement including occupational pension and parental leave supplement.
