Who are we looking for?

We at Nordlo Evolve are looking for a new employee for our service desk.

You who apply should be a quick learner, engaged, and have a strong interest in IT. You need to be able to work well in a team and have a strong team spirit but also be able to work independently. To contribute to a positive climate in the workplace, you are suitable for this position if you have good communication skills, are solution-oriented, responsible, positive, and maintain a high level of service. Your role

As an employee in our service desk, you are the face towards our customers. Via phone, email, and remote control, you and your colleagues have a broad responsibility where you respond to all incoming cases. Therefore, the role does not involve a classic Helpdesk, 1st line role, but you are expected to respond to all types of cases. Cases vary in nature and can have a high level of difficulty that needs to be solved. It involves everything from errors related to applications, program updates, network troubleshooting, to installations, onsite assignments, and responsibility for deliveries.

Your profile and qualifications

A relevant education or professional experience in IT. You have at least one year of experience working in a service desk and previous experience in customer contact or service. We also see that you can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English and have a good ability to communicate.

You should also have experience with the following:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory (On-prem or Entra ID)
  • Intune/Group Policies
  • Windows Server, Windows 10/11
  • Remote Desktop/Virtual Desktop
  • OS X (meritorious)

Meritorious

  • ITIL knowledge
