Visionera is looking for a UX/UI Developer
Visionera's development department is growing, and we are now looking for someone with deep knowledge and a burning interest in UX/UI, interaction design, and programming. As part of Visionera's team of 12 employees, you will work on developing existing systems with both new development and maintenance. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by Visionera.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
At Visionera, you will not only develop as a full-stack developer, but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to UX strategy and user experience in their product VisionFlow, which is used by customers worldwide. This system is used both by them and by their customers in their work processes. VisionFlow streamlines operations and simplifies communication between departments and teams in a common system. It is a comprehensive and flexible system that adapts to customer needs. It can also be integrated with other systems, making it even more powerful. Since the system is quite large, you as a developer will rarely feel that you are doing the same thing over and over again, even though you are working with the same product. Examples of things you could work on include:
- Rebuilding existing interfaces from Sencha Ext JS 3 to Ext JS 7 (a JavaScript framework, no prior experience required)
- Developing new functionality in the system, both on the client and server side
- Fixing various types of bugs.
- Building new interface components
- Developing and improving the mobile app for the system

If you eventually want to work as a full-stack developer, team lead, in testing, or UX design, the limitations are few. Visionera sells its own product, which means that salespeople and support sit next to you, allowing you to be close to customers and see the product come to life.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Wants to combine technology and design
- Has good knowledge of object-oriented JavaScript
- Has work experience in web development HTML and CSS
- Has an interest in working with the entire stack, but also a passion for UX and design
- Has a burning interest in programming
- Has knowledge of Java (server-side)
- Has a completed degree from an academic education
- Has some work experience alongside studies or after graduation
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these are the languages spoken internally and with their customers.
It is a merit if you have:
- A master's degree in media technology or interaction design
- Can showcase hobby projects
- Have experience with Ext JS or other JavaScript frameworks
- Have experience with Java
- Have knowledge of UX design
- Have experience in infrastructure

Our recruitment process
- Personality and problem-solving test (approx. 40 min)
- Phone interview with Academic Work (10-15 min)
- Digital evidence-based deep interview with Academic Work (approx. 40 min)
- First interview with Visionera (approx. 1 hour)
- Problem-solving test on-site at Visionera (approx. 10 min)
- Second interview with Visionera (approx. 1 hour)
- References + Decision

The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test.
