We are now looking to expand our team with more experienced technicians, where we help our clients ensure the operation, optimization, and development of their IT environments. We believe in working very closely with the client and always giving that little extra to contribute with engagement and knowledge to create a great partnership. The strength of Thalamus is our niche, and that we have both internal assignments and consulting assignments. As a technician, you will primarily be a consultant but also support internally between assignments. Our clients' IT environments may vary but mainly consist of Windows, and we believe in matching assignments based on your skills. If you have extensive experience in IT infrastructure, that is a plus, but you do not need to be fully proficient in all areas. We support each other to continue developing. Your background We believe you are an IT generalist with a broad technical understanding and deeper knowledge in certain areas. You do not need to master everything, but you have a technical competence that allows you to handle parts of clients' IT environments. We would like you to have knowledge in areas such as M365/Azure, Exchange, backup, networking, client, and server management.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or equivalent knowledge through work experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Solid experience working with Workplace-related services
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft's tech stack with previous experience of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure
• You also have an overall understanding of several, but very good knowledge of some specific services/applications such as SCCM, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Apps.
