About the Position

The School of Business is seeking a study coordinator for an exciting role in an international environment.

The position is a temporary contract lasting approximately five months. Start date is December 2025 or as agreed. We welcome your application by 2025-12-19.

The School of Business's office is a specialized support function that contributes to the School's ambitions in education, research, and collaboration. Among the office's tasks are support for students, teachers, and researchers, as well as overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, communication, and web.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities in this role as a study coordinator involve a combination of administrative and informational work that contributes to the School of Business's overall goals. You will participate in information meetings and student receptions. The role also includes reviewing applications, credit transfers, conducting study follow-ups, and administration in various study support systems (LADOK, Canvas, NyA, Selma).

Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to both current and prospective students within the programs and standalone courses offered at the School of Business. The work is conducted through individual guidance sessions, both physically and digitally, as well as via email and phone. The work is process-oriented and takes place in close collaboration with other study coordinators, program directors, program coordinators, and teaching staff. Additional tasks relevant to the role of study coordinator may be added.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic degree. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good skills in the Office suite. You have a strong ability to work independently, are structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize your work. Additionally, you are collaborative, build good relationships, are flexible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a changing environment. Personal qualities are of particular importance.

Desirable

Experience or education as a study advisor or similar work experience. Good subject knowledge in some of the School of Business's main disciplines: business administration, economics, statistics, with particular emphasis on economic subjects. Knowledge and experience of university administrative systems such as Ladok, Canvas, NyA, and Selma.

The position is temporary with a start date in December 2025 or as agreed.
