JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute, you may have varying roles depending on where the needs are and where you end up. In after-school programs, you will be part of a team where colleagues collaborate to create safe and creative environments for students of different ages. You will assist in the educational work and support students' social development. In elementary schools, you can either substitute as a teacher and conduct lessons, or as a school assistant or child and youth assistant, where you support individual students or smaller groups in their daily lives at school.

QUALIFICATIONS

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and young people to contribute to their development. Of course, it is an extra merit if you have a pedagogical education or previous experience in similar roles, but it is not a requirement. As long as you are engaged, responsible, and flexible, we believe you will be able to collaborate with your colleagues and do a good job for the students.

As a substitute, it is important that you can quickly adapt to new situations and are a reliable adult role model who creates a calm environment in the groups you work with.
