ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for qualified teachers in various subjects for the resource school, which will closely collaborate with Finnback School. A total of three full-time positions are available.

The resource school accommodates 20 students in grades 4-9, where you will work together in a team with several teachers and social pedagogues. The positions involve teaching small groups in standard school subjects, and individual teaching may also occur. The goal is for the students in the resource school to achieve passing grades in grade nine. The aim is also to prepare students for high school and, when possible, participate in class teaching. The resource school is located at Johan Skyttes in its own premises. You will be part of a team for consultation and planning. The work also includes being a mentor for some students, and you will have close collaboration with students and guardians.

The team meets regularly for team meetings, professional development, and student health meetings. With us, teachers have the opportunity to meet regularly by subject in sector meetings, and we conduct joint workplace meetings every month. The resource school collaborates with the municipality's secondary school, Finnback School, primarily regarding sector work and also with the school's special education group. We work closely with student health to ensure that our students feel good and safe at school. Together, we build for the future through collaboration, education, and new technology.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach in the earlier or later years of primary school in various subjects. Experience working with students with special needs is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge in special education. We will match the positions to cover as many subjects as possible in this recruitment. We have a close collaboration with Finnback School so that we can have qualified teachers in all subjects.

You can lead and organize your work to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for our students. You have the ability to work independently while seeing the benefits of co-planning and sharing your knowledge and experiences with others. Scope: 100% or as agreed. The team follows appendix 6.
