Storumans municipality is a large municipality in Southern Lapland. Approximately 6,000 people live here, with just over half of them in the urban areas of Storuman/Stensele and Tärnaby/Hemavan. Gunnarns school is a F-6 school with around 35 students. You will work as a student support assistant in all grades. Since the school unit is small and the building also houses an after-school program and a preschool, some duties in other school forms may occur. We offer a fun and stimulating job where you can help develop the operations. This is the job for you if you have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, an interest in children and youth, and the ability to see students from a holistic perspective. You enjoy working together with colleagues and find it easy to collaborate with both students and guardians, the student health team, and school management. You have a good approach in the classroom, an understanding of different needs, and a value base that aligns with the school's view on learning. You evaluate and reflect together with the school's other staff to achieve higher goal fulfillment.

If the necessary decisions are made, Gunnarns school is seeking a student support assistant for a permanent position. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
