Klockarskolan is Säter municipality's school for students in grades 7-9. In our operations, approximately 360 students (5 classes per grade) and 50 staff members work. We are organized into subject, teaching, and mentor teams and continuously work for good relationships, inclusive learning environments, and a sustainable work environment.

The work of students and teachers is supported by mentors, student assistants, study and career counselors, student coaches, administration (administrators with IT skills and school management), and student health (including special educators, counselors, and school nurses).

To facilitate our work for a good study period, we work with support routines, and all students and staff have their own computers. We primarily work in the programs Office365, Gleerups, Digiexam, Schoolsoft, and Skola24.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, implement, assess, and evaluate teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues on teaching and students, e.g., meetings with subject teams and about/with classes and students.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teaching certification in Swedish.
• You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and recognize and reward others' contributions.
• You have the ability to speak clearly and exude credibility and confidence. You can hold presentations, lectures, and training sessions and adapt these to the needs and feedback of the target audience.
• You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities.

OTHER

A driving license (B) is an advantage.
