Agila Institute VUX offers adult education in several locations, including Falun and Västerås.

We have chosen to specialize in vocational training in health and care, where students are later employed as nursing assistants.

As a health teacher, we want you to focus on knowledge, learning, and each student's knowledge development. We do not want you to spend time on administrative tasks. Therefore, we have skilled course administrators who work closely with you and handle all administrative tasks.

We want you to enjoy your job, your workplace, and feel that your work is appreciated. We build teams where everyone has an interest and knowledge of the needs of education and care. For this to work, all teachers must have a teaching degree.

Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a teaching degree in health education.

The teaching covers most subjects in the health and care education. It is therefore a great advantage if you have a broad general competence in health and care.

We use IT daily, and good computer skills are therefore a requirement.

We have a well-thought-out and proven adult pedagogical work model with a clear thread from course start to grades. This facilitates students' learning as well as the teachers' work and collaboration.

We are attentive to students' wishes and conditions and create an individual study plan with clear checkpoints.

We are looking for health and care teachers with very good pedagogical skills and a positive attitude towards our students. You should be flexible, open, and have good collaboration skills. We place great value on your commitment, pedagogical competence, and mentoring abilities.

We plan for the position to start at the beginning of next year. We apply a 6-month probationary period. As a modern and attractive employer, we naturally have a collective agreement.
