JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a qualified music teacher, in training, or a person passionate about music and teaching children and young people? Then you might be the right person for us!

As a music teacher at Annaskolan, you will teach middle and high school students.

The position is part-time at ~20%. We practice a 6-month probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS

Personal competencies: We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher or currently in training.

You are pedagogical with a good understanding of how individuals absorb knowledge and their different conditions. You are also flexible and can quickly change your perspective and approach, seeing opportunities in changes. You are collaborative and work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You understand the common mission and work to make it as good as possible. Additionally, you are independent and have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your role without relying on others. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward.
