We are looking for a relationship-building and proactive primary school teacher for grades F-3 at Rosenberg School!

About the position

Rosenberg School is a F–6 school with approximately 420 students and engaged staff. Here we work under the conviction that all children are everyone's children, and that good relationships and an inclusive approach are the foundation for a safe and developing school.

The Rosenberg school area also includes Ekedalen School F–6 and Fröjered School F–3.

We are now looking for a licensed teacher for grades F-3, the position is located at Rosenberg School. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

With us, you will work together with teams and management to develop the operations towards common goals. We put the child at the center throughout the school day. We have a positive attitude towards students' and colleagues' abilities and we constantly reflect on how we as adults can positively influence the teaching we provide. We take collegial responsibility for our students to experience safety, well-being, and develop the knowledge needed for lifelong learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the required education and certification for the position. You should be able to work independently and in teams. You have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you work for a good working environment for your students as well as your colleagues and you are a creative team player. You have the ability to create a safe and structured learning environment for the students. It is important that you can maintain the framework firmly while also having the ability to adapt teaching to the students' different needs.

For us, collegial learning is important and we help each other in daily work and contribute to each other's learning by sharing good examples and pedagogical ideas that increase equitable education. Therefore, it is important that you are independent and proactive.
