Activation Pedagogue to Mölndal Municipality
In Mölndal Municipality, we are proud to have Sweden's most important jobs where we together create the best possible everyday life for our citizens. With knowledge, courage, and creativity, we develop our operations and contribute to making Mölndal an even better place to live and work. Welcome to make a difference in people's daily lives every day!
Mölndal's adapted primary schools currently consist of our newly started Åbyberg School, grades 1-6, and Soläng School, grades 7-9. We welcome students from all over Mölndal Municipality and, if necessary, also from nearby municipalities.
As our operations expand in student numbers, we are now looking for engaged activation pedagogues who want to be part of the start and contribute to building a creative, safe, and accessible learning environment for our fantastic students. Do you feel this is the right challenge for you? Then we hope you want to become our new colleague!
With us, you will encounter a work environment where well-being and community are central – both among students and staff. We work for an inclusive climate where participation, influence, and collaboration are obvious parts of everyday life. Our employees are competent, engaged, and work together for the best of each student. All students have access to digital tools to promote their development and learning.
In Mölndal Municipality's school administration, we work every day to create the best conditions for children's and students' development and lifelong learning. With about 2,000 engaged employees and 12,000 children and students in our operations, we are Mölndal's largest administration - and a hub for the education of the future. Here, you will become part of a curious, brave, and solution-focused organization where innovation is encouraged and the child's best always comes first.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with children with disabilities, including neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF). You are confident in adapting your approach, structure, and pedagogical methods based on each child's individual needs.
It is beneficial if you have knowledge of and preferably practical experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), such as visual supports, sign language support, or other communication aids, and can use this in daily work to promote children's participation and communication.
