We are now looking for an engaged and secure teacher for adult education, teaching SFI and Swedish/SVA at the basic level. The position also includes evening classes.

As a teacher in adult education, you are responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up. You work closely with colleagues and are part of a larger unit with teachers of various subject competencies.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach SFI, Swedish/SVA basic, at least at the basic level (45 credits or equivalent). Experience in adult education is an advantage.
• familiar with using digital tools in teaching.
• engaged and relationship-building – you create motivation and trust among adult students with diverse backgrounds and conditions.
• structured and flexible – you can plan and implement teaching in groups where new students continuously join and where study formats vary.
• secure in your teaching role – you lead the instruction with clarity, responsiveness, and an inclusive approach.
