We are now looking for substitutes for our schools and after-school programs in the municipality!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute in our schools in the municipality, you will be part of the work team to ensure that every child is offered safe care and to promote the development and learning of all children. This means that you, as a substitute within the school, based on the curriculum, are active in implementing what is outlined in the work team's planning. The role of a teacher includes teaching and planning for grades F-9. Teaching and planning occur both individually and together with the work team, according to applicable governing documents. The position may also include supervising breaks and conducting educational lunches.

In the role of a substitute in after-school care, you will, together with your colleagues, plan and carry out activities at the after-school center according to applicable governing documents. During school hours, you will work as a resource in the classroom, supervise breaks, and assist individual students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a good sense of service, who is responsible, engaged, and enjoys working with people. You are attentive to the needs of others and driven by helping your fellow human beings. Many employees in Ulricehamn Municipality speak more than one language. This is a valuable asset, but it is also important to master Swedish as a primary language in both spoken and written form.

If you have education or experience in childcare or schools, we view that positively, but even if you have previously worked in another service profession, you are welcome to apply!
