Folkuniversitetet in Gothenburg offers language courses from around the world and we are also a test center for IELTS and Swedex. We are now looking for a course leader for our evening course in Danish on a part-time basis.

The Assignment
The course activities offer day and evening courses as well as longer training programs and lectures in areas such as languages, economics, communication, writing, health, and sustainable development in languages from around the world. We are also a test center for IELTS and Swedex. Our courses are aimed at individuals as well as corporate clients and the public sector, and the teaching is characterized by a communicative view of language. We have courses at all levels during the day all year round and in the evening from January to June and September to December.

The assignment as a Danish course leader includes 1 evening per week starting from the spring term of 2026.

Your Competence and Background
We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of the Danish language and an interest in cultural and societal issues related to Denmark. You should also have good knowledge of Swedish. It is an advantage if you have education and experience in teaching adults or have other experience in leading groups.

As a pedagogue at Folkuniversitetet, you are expected to have the ability to tailor the teaching to individuals and bring out each individual's potential.
