Klara Gymnasium Östra in Stockholm is an independent upper secondary school located at Gärdet with approximately 650 students for the academic year 25/26 and around 40 staff members. The school started in 2012 and offers three university preparatory programs: Economics, Social Sciences, and Natural Sciences. We are a multicultural school and welcome students from all over the Stockholm area with diverse educational backgrounds.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who are an educated/qualified teacher in mathematics subjects. With a workload of 30% in Mathematics permanently and 30% in Business temporarily.

You are driven, curious, and actively work to ensure that each student develops as far as possible based on their conditions. We also see that you are motivated to challenge yourself, your colleagues, and your students and are not afraid to push the boundaries regarding innovative thinking to contribute to your own as well as the school's development. You enjoy creating trusting relationships and like to vary your lessons, and you are good at creating a focused working environment. You should be interested in working in a multicultural environment and have experience working with multilingual students and language development.

You will, among other things, be part of a program team as well as a subject team and therefore preferably have an interest in working in teams to contribute to collegial learning.
