Your Responsibilities

We at Skill are looking for an Emission Technician for Siemens Energy, seeking someone interested in working in the field of emission measurements and mapping. Siemens Energy is looking for candidates who are interested in participating in gas turbine testing with a focus on emissions and providing support to sales and customers regarding emission guarantees. The work involves both practical and theoretical elements, and there is plenty of room for development and new ideas.

Main areas of work include:

• Working with measurement systems to monitor NOx, NH3, COx, and formaldehyde emissions at engine test facilities.
• Conducting life cycle analyses.
• Collaborating with certified companies in emission measurement technology during customer witness tests.
• Occasionally being involved in bidding and contract phases during new sales and negotiating customer guarantees.

Your Profile

Siemens Energy is looking for someone who is social and friendly with good collaboration skills.

• Vocational education or a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with emission measurement procedures and systems is an advantage.
• Good social skills.
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in English; Swedish is an advantage.
