Become our new colleague! Do you want an independent and flexible job? Come and work with us; we are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist for work within Norberg's municipal elderly care, home healthcare, and short-term department.

In the municipal primary care in Norberg, you will work alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, care managers, and nursing assistants in a multidisciplinary team. Together, we work to create a comprehensive solution for our patients.

The Position and Responsibilities

The work is independent and flexible; no two days are alike. We focus on the patient and work for good and close care with the patient at the center. You will have strong support from your colleagues. We are in an exciting time with much development of work methods and systematic quality work.

Among the tasks, functional assessments, home rehabilitation, testing and follow-up of assistive devices, and training for care staff can be mentioned.

Qualifications and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. Experience working as an occupational therapist in elderly care is an advantage.

You have an interest in working with the varying and individual needs of older people. You can work both in a team and independently and take personal responsibility for your tasks. It is important to be responsive to the patient's needs and to have a friendly demeanor.

Very good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. You have good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and systems.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
