Description
We are now strengthening our team and are looking for someone who wants to work in home care.
Since our clients have needs around the clock, we apply irregular working hours scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Selection and interviews will take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the application period ends.
Responsibilities
Work in home care is varied and offers many exciting meetings with interesting individuals. As a nursing assistant, you will provide care and support based on the needs of the client. It is important for us that the client maintains their self-determination, influence, and dignity. You will have the implementation plan developed together with the client to assist you. Medical interventions are performed under the delegation of licensed personnel. By having a responsive and professional approach, you contribute to the experience of security.
Depending on the client's needs, you may work alone or together with colleagues. In addition to working with colleagues, you will also collaborate with relatives and resource persons such as nurses and physiotherapists.
