Swimming Attendant Wanted at Karlsrobadet

Are you ready for a fun, social, and active job? In April, one of our colleagues will go on parental leave, and we are now looking for an engaged swimming attendant for at least 6 months with a good chance of extension.

Your Mission

As a swimming attendant, you play a central role in creating a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment for all visitors.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting with swimming schools and school swimming
• Supervision and safety
• Cleaning
• Reception work
• Ensuring that our visitors feel comfortable, safe, and receive the help they need.

Your Experience

To be considered for the position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid high school diploma
• Is a proficient swimmer, meaning you can swim 200 meters, including at least 50 meters on your back, and perform a rescue at a depth of 4 meters
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

About the Workplace

Karlsrobadet is part of the Culture and Leisure Administration in Eslöv, which creates conditions for an active and meaningful leisure life – with a special focus on children and youth.

Karlsrobadet is a modern wellness center with a swimming hall, adventure pool, and outdoor pool. Together with other businesses in the building – such as bowling, gym, hairdresser, chiropractic, and foot care – we form a vibrant meeting place for all ages.
