About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until the summer of 2027. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axfood. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

In the role of Customs Administrator, there is an opportunity for remote work, but the position requires that you can be present in Jönköping on occasion.

Job responsibilities

As a Customs Administrator, you have a coordinating role where you work with varied tasks within the customs area. You are responsible for managing and following up on customs matters of varying complexity and ensuring that declarations and documents are handled according to applicable laws and regulations.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Prepare and send import declarations on time according to established procedures
• Handle transit shipments and associated documentation
• Support forwarders and other partners in customs-related issues
• Conduct thorough document checks to ensure accurate information
• Continuously improve and develop customs administrative processes.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• We see that you have at least 5 years of work experience as a customs administrator or similar, preferably within the food industry
• Good experience and knowledge of customs systems and processes
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage
