You plan and conduct training for different target groups, develop support materials, and communicate relevant information – both in Swedish and English. The role requires close collaboration at all levels within the organization to ensure that the measures are anchored, feasible, and sustainable.
You will be part of a competent and dedicated unit where you collaborate with colleagues in occupational health and labor law, equal opportunities, laboratory safety, and labor law. Together, you work to create a safe and sustainable work environment.
In close collaboration with colleagues and other functions, you are responsible for:
- Strategically and operationally developing the university's systematic occupational health work with a focus on inclusive work environments, equal opportunities, and active measures,

You are strategic, solution-oriented, and have the ability to translate policy and strategy into concrete actions. You have knowledge and experience working with strategic and operational change efforts that promote a good work environment and equal opportunities.
You are skilled at building trusting relationships and enjoy working cross-functionally. You are a team player who likes to contribute new ideas, test new working methods, and work purposefully with great commitment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in HR, social sciences, law, or similar qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Several years of experience in qualified and independent work with occupational health issues, active measures, and equal opportunities and gender equality issues.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the Discrimination Act and the Work Environment Act.
- Experience in developing and conducting training initiatives in the area.
- Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have experience with similar tasks in a large and complex organization as well as knowledge and experience in change and process management.
