ERP System Developer at HANZA

This makes HANZA the largest listed contract manufacturer in Europe!

As a result of strong growth, HANZA needs to rethink how they use ERP systems and Power BI for reporting and analysis, and you will play a key role in developing this from the ground up.

We are now looking for someone who wants to help develop how HANZA works with Monitor and other ERP systems. You will be the one contributing to ensuring that the finance function gets good decision-making support from the ERP systems and helping colleagues in different countries find smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways to work. You will report to the Head of Business Control and be based at HANZA's office in Kista, but you will spend a lot of time in the field.

What will you do?

• Develop and optimize the use of Monitor and other ERP systems
• Support accountants and controllers in different clusters, evaluate and improve working methods
• Streamline processes and financial flows between different clusters and countries
• Support and educate the organization on how to use Monitor and other ERP systems for accounting, reporting, and financial management

To thrive in this role, you need to have a good understanding of financial flows and experience with ERP systems (preferably Monitor), and enjoy finding solutions together with others. You are independent, outgoing, and like to be out in the field, and you easily build trust with your colleagues. You enjoy identifying and addressing manual processes to enhance efficiency.
