The role of Business Analyst is central to Balder's digital transformation. You and your team of three are collectively responsible for ensuring that our digital solutions, from data platforms to new business systems, meet the needs of the business. By acting as a link between business and IT, you support project managers, product owners, solution architects, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that we build the right solutions that support business goals, processes, and information needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs and process flows.
- Translate business needs into clear, technically understandable requirements for systems, integrations, and data processing.
- Work on both data-driven projects (e.g., data platforms, master data) and system-related projects (e.g., implementations of business systems).
- Facilitate workshops and dialogues with users, specialists, and technical teams.
- Establish and maintain requirement documents, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate and follow up that technical solutions meet established requirements from the business.
- Act as the bridge between business and IT, focusing on gathering, formulating, and validating requirements.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
Has experience working in the intersection between business and technology and thrives in the role of translator between needs and solutions. You are structured, curious, and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details. To qualify for the position, you also have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Master's or bachelor's degree from a university in a relevant technical field.
- Advanced experience in requirement specification in digital projects, preferably within data, integration, or system implementations.
- Good ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dialogue with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data and integration concepts.
- Experience working in project form and contributing to cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience with larger system changes, master data work, or driving improvements in requirements and test management processes.
