Jakobsberg Eye Clinic is a reputable clinic where we care for patients with eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and vision impairment. We perform diagnostics and treatment in the form of laser treatment for posterior capsule opacification and laser for glaucoma. Working hours are 08:00-16:30 on weekdays.
We use the Take Care journal system. We are looking for a staff member who can work as needed on an hourly basis. The job involves receiving patients at the reception, registering patients, scheduling, booking, handling incoming referrals and outgoing referral responses, scanning documents, etc.
You should have very good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.
You must have worked with the Take Care journal system before.
