Main Responsibilities
Together with your colleagues, you will work to identify and process various types of phenomena in the surrounding world. As a processor, you will focus on creating added value from images but will use different types of data to substantiate your conclusions from the images. You are responsible for predicting the conditions to find the information you are looking for, locating the right elements to analyze, gathering the right information, and creating both analyzable substance and a product from the information. The added value of the work consists of materials that meet the government's and the Armed Forces' intelligence needs. The added value is presented to various types of recipients both digitally and in a physical meeting.
Qualifications
- Academic degree, officer/specialist officer degree, or other experience deemed equivalent and relevant by the employer
- Good analytical ability and a structured and critical approach to sources
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Good ability to describe processed information and conclusions
Meritorious
- Image interpretation training
- Training in remote sensing
- Knowledge in GEOINT/IMINT/OSINT
- Experience in military intelligence work
- Previous service at the Defense Intelligence Agency
- Skills in using programming, artificial intelligence, or automation for image processing
- Experience working with databases and digital analysis tools
- Driving license B
Personal Qualities
We are looking for an analytical personality who can also draw quick and direct conclusions. Your previous frame of reference is broad to analyze various types of phenomena. You are knowledgeable, curious, creative, and reliable. You can juggle many tasks while being structured, meticulous, and systematic. You are comfortable even when the pace increases, which requires adaptability, resilience, and the ability to act proactively. You are engaged in your work, have a high personal integrity, and good judgment. You have no problem describing your conclusions in various contexts and for different types of recipients.
You are content knowing the importance of your and your colleagues' work without being able to share details with outsiders. You enjoy solving tasks both independently and in a group. You have high personal maturity and well-founded values in line with the Armed Forces' core values, as well as high integrity and strong security awareness. You should be able to represent the authority in both national and international contexts and have a long-term interest in working at the authority.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
The qualifications mentioned above must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, and work or selection tests. Selection will be ongoing.

Work location: Stockholm, limited access to remote work
Weekend and standby work may occur as well as travel in service.
