We are now looking for an analytical and communicative contract controller who wants to be a key person in our work to ensure that our contracts are followed, developed, and create the greatest possible benefit for the operations and citizens.

About the role

As a contract controller, you are a central part of the procurement department and work both strategically and operationally. You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing how our framework agreements and supplier agreements function in practice, as well as supporting the operations in using them correctly.

You contribute to increased compliance, improved contract adherence, and the development of our procurement processes. The role involves close collaboration with procurement officers, operational representatives, finance functions, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

The position is newly established, which means that you will initially be responsible for establishing a systematic approach to contract monitoring.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the use of contracts, contract adherence, and supplier performance
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators, monitoring models, and contract statistics
• Conduct contract audits and supplier follow-ups
• Support the operations in matters of contract application, orders, and procurement routines
• Contribute to the development of internal guidelines, governing documents, and training
• Participate in contract handovers and support the implementation of new contracts
• Identify improvement needs and propose actions across the entire procurement chain

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Academic education in economics, law, purchasing/logistics, or another relevant field that, together with work experience, is deemed equivalent
• Experience in public administration, procurement, or purchasing work
• Good analytical skills and experience working with data, statistics, and monitoring tools
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of LOU and public procurement
• Experience in contract monitoring, supplier management, or controller work
• Experience with e-commerce systems, spend analysis, or contract databases
• Experience in driving improvement work
