We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for an innovative and growing company in energy technology. Here, you will play a central role in supporting both installers and end-users with smart solutions that contribute to electrification and a more sustainable future. You will be part of an engaged team where initiative and development are valued.

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email – from installation to troubleshooting and advice.
• Be the contact person for questions regarding products, complaints, and order management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create a smooth customer journey.
• Contribute to the improvement of routines and processes.

• You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy guiding others through practical and technical moments.
• You are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured even when the pace is high.
• You have previous experience in technical support, installation, or working with solutions in energy, charging infrastructure, or similar. Additionally, it is important that you are comfortable with digital tools and have a desire to develop.

• Extent: Full-time
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
• Location: Office south of Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work (1–2 days/week)
