At Tallbohov School, there are 400 students in grades F-6. The schools are multicultural, and many families are bilingual or multilingual. The organization also includes a municipal resource school and adapted primary school.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The position involves teaching students in grade 6 from two schools in the subject of French. The teaching is scheduled at Tallbohov School in the mornings on Mondays.

We are now looking for an engaged and attentive teacher with a positive outlook! Together with other educators in the team, you are responsible for creating and developing a safe and secure environment that attracts and challenges students to activity, learning, and responsibility. You want to be part of driving pedagogical development and use current research and can apply it in your work. You plan and follow up on the teaching and analyze and assess the results.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Finds it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, guardians, and other staff. You relate to children and adults in a responsive and smooth manner and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. You see collegial learning as a given and a prerequisite for creating new and deepened knowledge.
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively. You develop students' ability to learn and involve them in the planning of the activities. You have high and positive expectations of the students and are solution-focused. Furthermore, you possess a strong desire to work to create the best pedagogical conditions for the students.
• Have a positive attitude towards work and act in accordance with decisions made, operational plans, goals, policies, and guidelines.
• Have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself and your pedagogical leadership, and have the ability to take leadership both in and outside the classroom. You work independently and are flexible.

Requirements:
You are a certified teacher in the subject of French.

Previous experience in pedagogical work.
You can speak and write good Swedish.
The position takes personal qualifications into account.
The position may involve a probationary period.
