We are now looking for a female assistant for a woman in Kalmar, as per the client's request. The woman lives alone in her own apartment. The client has autism and self-harming behavior, which is why it is important that you have prior experience with autism and self-harm and can remain calm in acute situations. The woman has a cat at home, so applicants should not be allergic to pets. The position is a part-time on-demand employment. The shifts are scheduled for nights, evenings, and days. Therefore, it is important that you, as an applicant for this position, can work at all times of the day to facilitate for the client and to ensure staffing in a safe manner.
